At Mná & Mud Pottery, I only collect the personal information I actually need to run the business, manage workshops and bookings, and keep in touch with you. I’m not interested in collecting information for the sake of it, and I certainly don’t sell your details.

What I may collect

When you make a booking, join a waitlist, send an enquiry, request a private workshop or contact Mná & Mud, I may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number and information you choose to provide about your booking or enquiry.

Payment and booking information may also be processed through the third-party services I use to run the website and workshops.

How I use your information

Your information may be used to:

• manage and confirm your workshop or event booking;

• respond to enquiries;

• contact you about changes or information relating to your booking;

• manage workshop waitlists and expressions of interest;

• send you information about future Mná & Mud workshops or events where appropriate; and

• run and improve the Mná & Mud website and business.

I’ll only use your information for reasonable business purposes connected with Mná & Mud.

Payments and third-party services

Mná & Mud uses third-party services including Squarespace and Square to help operate the website, bookings and payments.

These providers may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies and security practices.

Mná & Mud does not receive or store your full credit or debit card details when payments are processed through these services.

Marketing emails

If you join a mailing list, workshop waitlist or ask to hear about upcoming workshops, I may occasionally contact you with relevant Mná & Mud news, workshops or events.

You can ask to be removed from these communications at any time. No drama.

Sharing your information

I don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Information may be shared with service providers where necessary to operate the website, process bookings or payments, or provide the service you have requested.

Keeping your information safe

I take reasonable steps to keep the personal information I hold secure and only retain it for as long as it is reasonably needed for business, administrative or legal purposes.

Photos at workshops

I may occasionally take photographs or video during Mná & Mud workshops for social media or promotional purposes.

here people are clearly identifiable, I’ll seek permission before using those images for Mná & Mud marketing.
